  • What are your office hours?

    The Crest Apartments is open Monday – Friday from 9:30am – 5:30pm, Saturday 9:00am – 2:00pm (by appointment only), and closed on Sunday.
  • What is the required security deposit?

    Our standard deposit is $500. Depending on your approval status, a higher deposit may be required.
  • What does the restoration fee cover?

    The Restoration Fee is a non-refundable fee that reserves your apartment during the application process. It will convert into a Restoration Fee upon execution of the lease agreement. At move out, the Restoration Fee covers a basic carpet cleaning and basic cleaning of the apartment.
  • Do you allow pets?

    We are a pet-friendly property and we charge a one-time pet fee of $350 for one pet and $500 for two pets (aggressive breed restrictions do apply). There is a $35 monthly pet rent per pet.
  • Which utilities are included?

    Residents at The Crest Apartments are responsible for electricity, water, sewer, and trash removal, along with cable/internet/phone services. Gas is included in rent.
  • Who provides telephone, internet, and cable?

    Comcast is the provider of cable, Internet, and telephone services in this area. Satellite television is an option for select apartment homes, which have the necessary view for signal to be acquired. Installation restrictions and renter's insurance requirements do apply to satellite subscribers.
  • What school district are you in?

    We are in the City of Salem School District: Elementary School - GW Carver - (540) 387-2492 Middle School - Andrew Lewis - (540) 387-2513 High School - Salem High School - (540) 387-2437
  • How many parking spaces does each resident receive?

    Residents are allowed 2 spaces per apartment. We do not have assigned parking, nor do we have parking stickers or guest passes. Thankfully, The Crest Apartments has always had ample amounts of parking, so parking is on a first come first serve basis.
  • How far are you from public transportation?

    The Valley Metro has a stop less than a mile from the property.
  • What amenities does The Crest offer?

    We have a playground, activity court, community room, and swimming pool.
