Our leasing office is open Monday – Friday from 10AM – 5PM, Saturday from 10AM – 3PM, and we are closed on Sundays
What is the required Security Deposit?
Choice of $500.00 refundable security deposit OR $175.00 non-refundable Sure Deposit Bond.
What is Sure Deposit?
Sure Deposit is a program that allows residents to move in for less money up front than a traditional security deposit would require. Instead of paying a standard refundable security deposit of $500, the resident has the option to pay a non-refundable premium of $131.25. This non-refundable premium, purchases a surety bond that provides protection to the management company in the event that the resident moves out owing money or damages.
What does the restoration fee cover?
The restoration fee is a non-refundable fee that reserves your apartment during the application process. It will convert into a Restoration Fee upon execution of the lease agreement. At move out, the restoration fee covers a basic carpet cleaning and basic cleaning of the apartment.
Do you allow pets?
Yes. Apartments on the 1st floor are allowed pets up to 100 lbs. Apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors are allowed pets up to 40 lbs. We do request a non-refundable fee of $300.00 for 1 and $400.00 for 2 pets. Breed restrictions apply.
What utilities are included?
Gas is provided. All residents are responsible for electric, cable, internet, and telephone.
